In a large bowl add the Oats, Chocolate Chips,(M&Ms), Peanut Butter, and Honey and mix until well combined.
In a 8x10 baking pan add enough parchment paper to cover the pan and have extra over the side. Having extra paper over the longer sides makes it easier to remove the bars to cut them after they have set. You can use chip bag chips to hold the longer sides down while you are putting the mixture into the pan.
Add the oat mixture to the baking pan and press it down until it is level on all sides. Cover with Saran Wrap or foil and put it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours but it preferable to have them set overnight.
After 4 hours or overnight pull the oats out of the fridge. With a large cutting board pull the oats out of the pan by the extra parchment paper side and place on the cutting board. With a sharp large knife cut the bars to your preferable size and wrap in your preferred wrapper of choice. I use Saran Wrap. See photos below.
